"What?" you say, "It's Thursday already?!?" That it is, my friends, that it is. So, here's my list of things I am most thankful for this week:
The Scotch Paper Cutter:: I did some present wrapping last night and used this bad boy for the first time. Hello! Love it! I highly recommend getting one for all your gift wrapping needs. Now, I know that I said in a previous blog that I am a gift bag girl - all.the.way. But, I had to wrap some gifts because they have to be shipped to family in California. You can't put gifts into bags and then shove them in a box to ship them. It just doesn't work. Can't imagine the mangled mess that would be upon arrival.
My Job:: Again! So happy to still have a job. So happy that I actually like the people I work with. (I know you're probably thinking, "Get something new to be thankful for already!" But, I will forever be grateful to still have my job in these hard economic times.)
On a side note - so thankful that my job is not in retail. Hats off to those of you who deal with all the crazy shoppers this time of year.
My Health:: Hooray for a clean bill of health from my doctor this week. Couldn't be happier about that. Now, I just need to get thru 2009 unscathed. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one.
Ok, now it's your turn. What are you thankful for this week? (Do tell...)

I'm thankful you're sending presents to family in California -- that's US right??
I'm thankful that I made it through this week and am heading off to Yosemite with my sweetie (that's your brother) for our anniversary (can you believe I've been in your family for 7 years??).
I'm thankful that I've been married for 7 years and I still find Travis freakin' hysterical - even when he's stuck something up his nose or he and Ryan are being particularly retarded.
Uh - yep! You're the only family I have in Cali.
Happy Anniversary! Seven years. That's awesome. I, for one, am glad to have you as part of the family. I mean, you love my Trav, and you put up with all of his shenanigans.
i was thinking more along the lines of "is this week over yet?!?"
i, too, am thankful for that scotch cutter. it's a christmas miracle.
I am thankful for a weekend with no plans! Nowhere to be, no meetings, etc.
If I were buying presents, then if I were going to wrap the said presents, then I would totally get the scotch cutter.
But.....NOT THIS YEAR!
I've seen those paper cutters at Wally World and was wondering if they really work. I may have to snatch one up next time I'm there.
I'm thankful for snow and a warm house to enjoy the said snow from.
I'm Thankful For My new baby Sister, You! and My baby Brothers Too!!!!!!!!
I need one of those paper cutters! (said as I am rubbing my already carpal tunnely hand after wrapping gifts).
Hello! That paper cutter is better than the paper cuts I have gotten in past wrapping extravaganzas !!!
