Let the weeping commence

Today was the final workout with Steve - aka The Torture Master or that-really-mean-guy-we-actually-pay-to-cause-us-pain. (Isn't he just so darn darlin'?)  Ok, ok - I'll admit it - he's not really mean, he's actually pretty nice and a lot of fun.  I only say he's mean because he never - and I do mean never caved in to our whining or pathetic attempts at negotiations, which is something that we (me and Michelle) both need - someone strong enough to resist our charms. (If you call whining and complaining charms...  And I do.)

He will be missed, but probably not as much as he's gonna miss the two of us.  I mean, how could he NOT miss us?  Seriously!

Next Tuesday we begin our workouts with a new trainer - Thomas - poor sap.  Steve has already warned him about the two of us - namely that we whine that we can't do something (like lift really heavy weights), but in the end, we do it.  I just hope the poor guy is up to the challenge that is M & M.

I really really need a personal trainer. But that would require me to workout.

Here's what I think you should do. I think you should join our PT camp in January and work out with the shark and me three days a week with the awesome Raelynn!
IT WOULD BE SO GREAT!!!!

I have been feeling the bluge lately! Did that stop me from eating 5 cookies today? Of course not.

I wish I had a super fun gym buddy, to harras a trainer with.
Why did you have to switch trainers?

FYI - we were forced to switch because Steve quit so he could go to school full time and do his internship next semester. Whatever to him!!!

Just showing up at the gym gets you brownie points. Maybe one day I'll jump on the bandwagon.
