"And about the paper cutter..."

Meet my second nephew - Cobe Jack Cheese.  Cobe (pronounced Co-bee) is a ridiculously funny kid.  He's been making me laugh out loud since the day he was born.  He's now 11 and he gets more entertaining by the year.

This afternoon, while I was still at work, he called me from my mom and dad's.  The conversation went like this:

C: Hey, aunt Martha.

M: Hey, Cobe.  How's it going?

C: Good. 

M: What are you doing?

C: Helping grandma make cookies.

M: Yum!  Save me some for when I get there.

C:  Aunt Martha, I read your blog today AND I made some comments.

M: I saw that.  I'm thrilled.  Did you make those comments all by yourself or did someone help you?

C:  No, I typed them myself.

M: Now I'm even more impressed.  Way to go, Cobe!

C: That Mac keyboard is really nice to type on.  (this was in reference to the grandparent's new iMac.  Sah-weet!)

The comments he left are still making me giggle.  Here's his comment in regards to me watching "Momma's Boys" last night::

"Is this a good example for your nephew.  Why in the heck are you watching crappy reality TV shows.  You're starting to scare me.  I'm just saying.  Love, Cobe"

And his response to Thankful Thursday last week::

"I'm just thankful to be out of school for two whole freaking weeks.  It is awesome.  And about the paper cutter, hasn't grandma had one of those for like 10 flippen' years?  Love, CJC"   

His dad (my brother) just called me and I told him about Cobe's comments and my brother was laughing.  His response, "That's just how he rolls."  So true!

Cobe, you crack me up and I love you so much because you were such a pretty baby. (Inside joke.)
