Torture Tuesday


I am SO tired.  I think that I just might pass out from sheer exhaustion.  Thomas had us do what he calls "The 300".  It's only because we end up doing a total of 300 reps in 30 minutes of the various exercises of his choosing - squats, lunges, lat pull-downs, chest presses, side-to-sides, etc.

I believe there were some jump squats, jumping jacks and jumping lunges involved.  They wore me out.  (I think I might have to change my stance on jumping since my whole reason for NOT jumping - the fact that every last bit of me jiggled uncontrollably with each and every jolt- doesn't really hold up anymore.)

Can't wait to see what Thomas throws our way on Thursday.

Wow... I see we blog int he same circles, yet I have never visited before. When I pulled your blog up I instantly felt love over the laughing title...the colors... the signature... the whole thing makes my heart pound. Plus don't we all want to be called "Martha"?

I'm tired too! My 7 yr old and my dog just dragged me on a walk. Okay...doesn't compare to your workout, but I was tired to begin with.

When the movie "300" came out Sean did the "work-out 300" that saposably they did to train for the movie...seriously...you can google it. (well I doubt Sean's there when you google it...just the actual workout!..LoL!) He had it all printed out and everything...what a hottie!

Sounds much more intense then "Torture Tuesday" when I was visiting SLC...you do know the spring pastel M&M's are out now...that's some tourture!

This is the whole reason I avoid personal trainers like the plague - I like group classes where I can "blend."
