After my stressful adventure driving on snow-slick roads yesterday, I decided to play hooky from work today.
What have I done all day, you ask?
Absolutely nothing, I say.
And, it's been delightful. I hadn't realized how tired yesterday made me.
I will be making another attempt at driving to Burley tomorrow. The weather is supposed to be clear and delightful.
Believe me, if I didn't have to go there in order to train a new clinic, I would be staying put. I'll try and get some pics of Burley's sights for all of you that have never had the joy pleasure chance to visit. (I'll also be paying the tourism board a visit to let them know how much I'm trying to drum up business for them.)

my favorite sight used to be the "Big Boy" statue at the edge of town....but I don't think he's there anymore. =(
hope the roads are safe for you to travel so you can get that trip out of the way and into the past quickly!

Be vewy vewy careful. And bring extra blankets, preferably a Slanket, and a candle. They say that can help if you get stranded. Which you won't.

Enjoy Burley... I used to live in Boise and had a friend from Burley...she doesn't even go back anymore...
