- Saturday, Michelle and I went to dinner at Chili's. Our waiter's name was Shaggy. I couldn't help myself. I had to ask him where Scooby was AND if I could have a Scooby Snack. He said he didn't know where Scooby was, but he had the Mystery Machine parked out back.
- My fabulous Vita-Mix blender gave up the ghost yesterday morning. It's been limping along on its last leg for awhile now, but this morning, it started smoking. I can't complain, I've had it for 16 years. I would like to get another one, but I no longer have an "in" with the Vita-Mix family, so no deal for me.
- My 2 tomato plants are finally starting to grow little green tomatoes. Good thing the weather is supposed to warm up this week. I think the heat will be just the catalyst to get them to grow, grow, grow.
- My friend, Stephanie, whom I've known since the 6th grade had a Facebook friend request from a guy who went to Elementary School with us. Problem: neither one of us remember him. I pulled out the 6th grade class picture and there he is, front and center. Too bad we don't remember much about him.
- I totally snorted in staff meeting yesterday morning. I, however, was not the first nor the last person to do so. Melissa snorted first, then me, then Karen the Evil Genius. When I snorted, it was because of an ever so lovely visual that Melissa gave us of a kid on a short bus, wearing a helmet and licking the windows. I couldn't help myself. It struck me as freakin' hilarious.
- I had lunch with my brother Jeff on Saturday. I tried to be the best sister ever and take him to Market Street Grill, BUT they don't serve lunch on Saturdays. Whatever to them!!!

I think I remember the name of one person I went to elementary school with. Why would I want to be friends with someone I haven't talked to in 25 years?
I think I just snorted thinking about Melissa and the rest of you snorting.
I love random posts like this.
amen to what Kristina said!
is it bad that I don't know what a Vita-mixer is?
Yummy...fresh home-grown tomatos!
I talked to your Mommy yesterday...they are having too much fun over there!!!!
I can reinact the short bus anytime you need a giggle.
Perhaps we should video it and post it just for fun. After all, I have no shame.
did you check to see if the Mystery Machine really was out back?
