I've never been much of a meat eater. Sure, I'll eat it. I don't mind it, but it's not generally something that I crave or have to have. I typically eat chicken as opposed to beef or pork. On occasion, I do get dragged to the Texas Roadhouse by the BFF and Tiffany, but I don't mind.
Ever since I found out that I am severely anemic, I've become a bit of a red meat eater. (The Nurse Practitioner informed me that along with taking my iron pills, I should also start eating food rich in iron. So, I try to get red meat as much as possible now.)
On my way into the gym today, I noticed that the supplement shop is now selling something called "Beef in a Bottle". Sounds disgusting to me. I think I'll stick with the real stuff.
Recently, I've been trying out beef dishes all over the place. So far, I have to say, I love the fire grilled steak at Cafe Rio. It is m-m-good! Seriously, throw it in a taco or on a tostada and I'm a happy "camper". It's grilled to perfection and absolutely melts in your mouth. Not to mention it has a bit of a kick to it.
Last night, I discovered the Pei Wei Spicy beef over at Pei Wei. Oh, man! Delicioso!!! Now that is some spicy stuff. After a few bites, you have to take long pauses in order to let the fire in your mouth subside. So tasty, though.
So, I'm wondering if there are any restaurants in the SLC area that have a particularly delectable beef dish I need to try? I'm definitely open to suggestions.

I've never been much of a meat eater either, but this diet I've been on requires a lot of protein so I've had to start eating it more too. So, how does the Cafe Rio steak compare to the sweet pork? Because that is my absolute favorite. Even though it has more carbs.
Delicioso for Chinese food? Shouldn't it be, "Zang"? P.S. If no one gets the Wayne's World reference, I'm going to be sad and cry on the inside.
Roadhouse, Outback, Roof (prime rib), Just ask, I can provide. I am the red meat queen
hmmm.... funny you didn't ask for RECIPES.... and you know, blog after blog you mention restaurants but never mention anything you cook... hmmmmm
