Torture-Thomas made us do what he calls 'infinities' today. Here's how they roll: you do 1 rep of squats holding a 15 lb. dumbbell in each hand, 1 rep of lat pull-downs, and then 1 rep of chest presses. (I know what you're thinking - what in heaven's name is this woman whining about? Sounds easy enough, right? Riiiight...)
Next round, it's 2 reps on each, then 3 reps, then 4 reps... I think you probably get the idea. I think I did very well with it right up until about round 12, then I started to struggle a little bit. The muscles started to poop out on me, but, I finished!
We did 15 rounds, which equals 120 reps of each for a grand total of 360 reps!!!
And, to top it all off - 35 minutes of cardio. We rock!

So, I've actually been using my elliptical, and after 18 months of no exercise or use, my calves are KILLING me!!!
Small correction...We did a total of 360 reps. Which makes use TOTATLLY awesome!
