And the question is...

Do you make New Year's Resolutions?  If so, do you actually keep them?

At the beginning of every year, I like to take stock in the previous year and look ahead to the possibilities of the coming year, as I'm sure do all of you.  But, I haven't made New Year's Resolutions for a couple of years now.  Shocking, I know.

I used to make resolutions every year - I even took the time to write them down - but, the list would eventually get lost/forgotten, or I would come up with somewhat unattainable goals that would leave me feeling frustrated and so I'd just give up.

I've actually been pondering a lot today about what my goals for the new year could/should be and I think that I will write them down and put them someplace visible - where I'll see them everyday in order to be reminded of them.

Here's a sample:
1.  Be kinder.
2.  Write more.
3.  Pray and read my scriptures on a regular basis.
4.  Be more health conscious.

So, back to my original question:  do you make New Year's Resolutions?  What do you do to remind yourself of them throughout the year?

Love your list! I think you have the corner on kind though! Hard to improve when you're already there! : )

I don't make them. I never stick to them.

I like to make short term goals that I can attain!

1. Start going to the Yoga class at my gym.
2. Re-do and keep current my Blog!
3. Rid my-self of the emotional draining people in my life(or at least put them on the back-burner!).....focusing soley on the people who make me the happiest!
