A tragedy that must be fixed ASAP

I am crying a few silent tears this lovely second day of July. My bff sent me an e-mail earlier stating that she would love to drive to Orem and go to Archivers at some point this weekend, and on the way we should have lunch at either Texas Roadhouse or Goodwood. My suggestion was that we drive on into Provo and eat at The Brick Oven.

Her response: What's The Brick Oven?

I think I died a little inside at her response.

Ok, so I can't really say that I blame her for never having eaten there. I mean, I did live for an entire school year at The Elms which is within a 2 minute walk of the eatery and ate there on many an occasion. I'm sure that anyone who's been to the Y has fond memories of The Brick Oven.

Now, I'm going to drag Michelle there so she, too, can experience the yumminess that IS The Brick Oven.
