Torture Tuesday - aka My wagon is draggin'

Today's workout didn't even have a name (The Infinity, 300, etc.). It was so new Thomas hadn't even forced tried it on any of his other insane unsuspecting clients.

We started out doing a minute on the rowing machine. Then, a minute of shoulder presses, a minute of step-ups, a minute of squats with a 15 pound medicine ball that had to be thrown straight up and caught when you stood, and a minute of squats with a 20 lb. bar.

I am so not gonna lie about this one - it was a killer. We managed to get thru 3 rounds. (There were several breaks. Don't judge until you give it a whirl.) I was dying. I swear. I was literally gushing sweat from every pore on my body by the end. Not only did it work all my muscles, but the heart rate was totally elevated the whole time.

Needless to say, I'm pooped.

Michelle (the bff) decided to name the workout The Triple T - Thomas' Torture Tricks.

That Thomas just pulls out a new workout every week. We never know what torture he will put us through. I was so tired after, my legs were giving out on me. If you want a good trainer, he is the bomb!
