Thankful Thursday

I need to start out by saying a big Thank You to all of you for your suggestions on how to shake the blues. All very helpful and funny things to do to bring yourself out of a funk. I appreciate you guys.

I had a super sweet e-mail from my cousin Cadance yesterday morning. It warmed my heart to know that even though she is so far away she cares and wants to see a smile on my face. (Love you, girl!)

I am extremely grateful for friends, who after reading that meager little post, picked up the phone and asked, "What's wrong? What can I do to help?" The fact that they called let me know that they care and are there for me.

The ultimate bff picked me up and we went out for dinner and a little bit of window shopping. (She totally made me laugh with her silliness.) Then, we watched 2 of our favorite shows together - America's Next Top Model (don't judge, just look fierce!) and American Idol. So much more fun to be silly watching a show with someone and not by yourself. So very, very thankful for my Michelle.

It's so nice to know that there are people in my life who "get it" and understand where I am coming from. After all that, I am feeling quite a bit better.

So, a million thanks for your love, friendship, and support. You guys rock!!!

Michelle IS awesome..and can;t wait to hang out with the two of you guys again...soon!

I'm glad you are feeling better...life is just like that..there are days when you are at the top and days when you just wanna scream....today I was irritated..and to be honest...I still am...but you just have to remember there is nothing you can really do to avoid those annoying "bumps" in the road...at least I have not found the secret to a PERFECT life yet...if someone knows it and is not sharing....then they suck! =)
Love you.

You've got some awesome friends and family. And Michelle, she's totally cool - when are you coming to visit again?? I'm glad you're feeling better.

Amy,

Wait. What? You were kidding about the hookers & beer??!!?? DAMN! That was the one thing I tried and it TOTALLY worked.

Oh, and we're planning a visit for sometime in September. Haven't nailed down a date yet.
