Ok, I just have to say that I think the media is blowing this whole Swine Flu thing WAY out of proportion.
Out of the billions of people who live on the earth, only 150 people have died from it.
In my humble opinion, NOT an epidemic.
I'm just sayin'...

I live too close to Mexico. And my hubby travels all over the country every week. Maybe I should quarantine him.

I think the LIBERAL media is making such a BIG deal about it because it is taking the PRESSURE off of a certain LIBERAL PRESIDENT.
I find it amazing that SO MUCH of the news is being devoted to the "PANDEMIC" and not to the HUGE MILESTONE that is occurring tomorrow.

I don't know about that number. They are saying that they are way under-reporting it, at least in Mexico. They say it could be much, much higher there.

Apparently the WHO think that it's something serious. So, you know it's big when a rock band starts speaking out against it. (Did you like that? I think I'm funny.)

Not to mention that 38,000 people die in the U.S. every year of the regular flu, and do we shut down schools and cancel prom and all freak out over that? No. But the swine flu kills one person in the U.S. and we all go crazy. So Stupid.
