As most of you know, I struggle with my weight due to PCOS. It's a pain in the butt, especially when I feel like I'm working said butt off and getting nowhere when it comes to weight loss. So, about 3 weeks ago, I was conviced that I should give The Body Bugg a whirl. So, I got on line and ordered myself one. (They've come down in price since the last time I looked at them.)No idea what The Body Bugg is? If you watch NBC's The Biggest Loser, it's the band the contestants wear on their upper left arm. It tells you how many calories your body is burning throughout the day. You use their website and put in how many calories you've consumed for the day and it tells you whether or not you will lose weight. It's all about a calorie deficit. Calories in vs. calories out.
I didn't actually set it up and start using it until Monday night. I think it'll be interesting to see what happens. (The bff's nail lady has had her's for 6 weeks and has lost 13 pounds.)
So, it looks like I'm about to become a bit of a calorie nazi. It's for the best. I promise.
*My apologies in advance for my calorie neurosis.

I have been looking into getting one too! I will be interested to see how it works for you.
You shall be my guinea pig. :)
Oh and are you doing the monthly plan?
this is the first I've heard of this bug thingy...i want one! I'd love to know how many calories I'm burning!
Can't wait to hear updates from you!
I have one!! I have lost about 30 pounds with mine. Love it! :)
I want the bug. And for the record, glad to have you aboard calorie nazie.
We have a meeting in the morning to get ourselves amped for the day.
i can't wait to hear how it goes. i looked into one a couple months ago, but it seemed to be pretty pricey. i guess it would be worth it, if it really works.
They are the new fashion accesory. Hope it works for you! Nothing more frustrating than working your butt off and getting nothing in return.
