Thank you!

As you may or may not know, my dad was in the Air Force for the first 16 years of my life.  Prior to him serving 20 years in the Air Force, he served in the Army as a dog handler (Military Police) over in Vietnam.

Brother #2 served in the Coast Guard for a bit.

Brother #3 is currently serving in the Air Force and is about to be transferred to Germany.

My grandpa served during WWII, flying Hellcats off of aircraft carriers.

And, I have several uncles who were in the Navy during the Vietnam war.

Oh, and I almost forgot: an aunt who was a drill sargeant in the Marine Corp.  (That's right, an aunt.  Trust me, you still don't want to mess with her.)

Needless to say, I come from a proud military heritage. I am so grateful to the men and women who serve (in all their various capacities) to protect our freedoms and our country.

I received the following in an e-mail from one of my fellow Air Force "brat" friends and decided to post it here.  Enjoy!
