Have you ever seen a grown woman (late twenties) wearing one of those huge flower baby headbands? NO? Well, my friend, you are missing out.I had the particular amusement of witnessing such a fashion faux pas this fine Thursday. I walked into the cafeteria for lunch and saw a woman I know with one of those big flowers perkily perched on her noggin staring straight at me. (I about gave myself whiplash doing a double take.)
Seriously! They're cute on babies, but not a grown woman in her late twenties. It made me want to call Stacie and Clinton from What Not to Wear so they could chat with her about "age appropriate" accessories and clothing.
(BTW - Heather, I know you've been buying these up for when Maddy is born and they will look absolutely adorable on her. I just know it. However, please, please, please do not decide to give one a whirl for yourself. If you do, and I happen to find out, I will have to make fun of you.)
