I'm not gonna lie. When it comes to fabulous beauty products, I get giddy. We're talking grinnin', squealin', gigglin' school-girl giddy.I buy most of my rockin' product from Sephora. Unfortunately for me, there isn't one in the Salt Lake valley - yet. (One is coming to spruce up Fashion Place mall, and the rest of Utah, in March. Yippee for me!)
Sephora = Make-up Mecca = Bliss
In the meantime, I have to either order my stuff from their website, or visit Boise because they have a Sephora. (Yah, Boise got a Sephora before Salt Lake did. What is up with that? Seriously!)
I recently purchased some new mascara by I-mju called Fiberwig and it arrived today. I'm super excited to give it a whirl tomorrow. It's allegedly not your typical mascara. It coats each lash in a tube and it's supposed to stay put until you take it off.
Philosophy used to have such a mascara and I loved it, so of course they discontinued it.
Mascara is such a silly thing to be psyched about, right? Well, you'd be fired up too if you were me.
Regular mascaras just don't work for me because I have oily lashes. I can coat up my eye fringe and just a mere 3 hours later, I'm walking around looking like I've not slept in days. All of the mascara ends up under my eyes. Who wants raccoon eyes? Definitely NOT me!
I'll give you my product review in tomorrow's blog at the end of my regular Wednesday torture session update.

so..the reason Boise always gets the latest and greatest stores, cars, music, etc FIRST is because Boise is awesome...so there. Love you!!!
I LOVE Sephora too!!! I recently bought Too Faced Lash injection which is supposed to do the same as the one your bought....I like it but I wish it had a thicker brush! Bourjois used to make a fabulous mascara that was my fav but I can't find it any more. We have Sephora's all over here in NY, seems like Starbucks in Seattle=) But honestly, even though it so much fun to look around in the stores I prefer to shop on line 'cause with the beauty insiders account you end up getting tons for samples which is awesome. They also always have free shipping promos! I still remember watching you apply make-up when I was visiting you in Boise and I was in middle school. You inspired me to get my first "Caboodles" even though I had nothing to put in it since my mom wouldn't let me buy make-up. You were my first inspiration! So yes I agree it's a candy-land in there.
