Welcome to Senior Singles.

Saturday night, I had a hard time falling asleep.  I don't know, it may have been the 2 Diet Cokes I had with dinner, and/or the 3 hour nap I took earlier in the day added to the excitement of hanging out with Tiburon and several other fun blogging peeps that evening that just pushed me over the edge of non-existent sleep, but no one knows for sure.

Anyway, my brain was firing on all cylinders, I'm tossing back and forth in bed, and I'd finally had enough and turned on the TV.  (Sometimes, the TV lulls me to sleep because it gives my brain a rest.  I know it sounds crazy, but it's true.)  By this point, it was 3:00 am.

As the television flickered to life, an ad for a dating website appeared.  Now, this was not your ordinary singles website.  Oh, no.  It was one for senior citizens.  (Because seniors deserve to date, too.)

I will admit, I have tried a couple of different dating websites. (All to no avail.  Well, unless I wanted to date someone 6 inches shorter than me who was looking for a greencard.)  Clearly, I didn't have any luck and quite frankly, they scare me.

Here's hoping I will never need to use this website.

First of all, what single senior is going to be up late enough to see that? They need to show it at 5:45, after dinner and before they hit the sack.
