The motherload

As many of you know, I've been debating on whether or not to get a Kindle or Nook.  I have to say, I'm glad I've held off because yesterday, Apple introduced the iPad (which is a stupid name, to be sure).  I'm thinking I'm going to have to investigate further.  It's not available until March, but it does a lot more than either the Kindle or Nook.

I am a big fan of all things Apple, so I am very intrigued, to say the least, and can't wait to learn more.

Crap! I have a new kindle...like we talked about Saturday... I think it will get me by until Apple lowers their prices a bit... $500 right now. OUch. I so enjoyed hanging out with you and laughing last weekend! You are just too funny! I would like to chat more with you about books, and how you do the cute little signature at the end of all your posts. I am somewhat of an idiot. Let's keep in touch- plus you're a Boise lover...LIKE ME! Why are we not best friends?

i was excited to hear about this too, but i'm worried that the screen is back-lit. i liked that the kindle and nook did not have backlighting. eye strain, ya know.

I have an Iphone and I cannot live without it. In a word it is awesome!! If the Ipad (minus the dumb name) is anywhere as cool it will be a must have!

Looks cool to me, and sounds like a great tool to have,
but what will they come out with next? On cars , my Dad always said to wait until a model had been out for a couple of years. Don't know if this should apply to computers. YASL by The Mom
